作为导师,你是学生攻读研究生学位项目中的关键人物,在帮助他们挖掘学业、智慧和职业上的全部潜力方面具有相当大的影响力。要成为一名有效的研究生导师,你必须首先认识到这个角色带来的责任,并确保每个研究生都能尽他所能履行这些责任。研究型研究生与导师的关系是他们项目成功的最重要因素之一,导师最积极的成果取决于与学生之间相互开放、忠诚和尊重的关系。
